The hardest part is trying to get the print to look good through out the entire thing. It seems whatever I start out with gets the most work and whatever I end with just gets quickly thrown together.

A print is worthless until coded and makes twice as much work. In my opinion, it's easier to design skins in pieces. As in, creating the maintitle, titlemedium and just working around that.

The inspiration to make one. Sometimes it takes a while to think of the perfect design.

I either:

1) Fool around with shapes until something comes
2) Base it off of another print.

I use a test board as a print so that I can get the feel of what I really want to create. Some prints that are skinned don't like a thing like they did in print stage. Basically, I use a board as my blueprint.

The hardest part with that is finding the right color scheme and getting the effects to look right. By using a board as my blueprint, the time is cut significantly with designing. If you know what you're trying to do, you can usually branch off of that.

Coming up with a design and color scheme, it takes me forever to come up with a good one.

For me:

- getting the h2 to match the borders when the borders are done first
- getting the borders to match the h2 when the h2 is done first
^ for both I mean when you do the borders like the Outline Birthday ones how they are in pieces.

I find it easy. Just call them so you know what they are.

Getting started. You need to think about the color scheme, how it'll flow, how you're going to approach it in general when you get an idea. After that, it's smooth sailing.
