You could follow the tutorial Vocal posted, or just go by what you already know. I would just suggest adding some nice layers of gloss to give it depth.

For the Juiced ones, I just used a radial white gradient set to overlay and low opacity.. Same for the black, but the blend mode was normal, not overlay.
