Alright. I will try to give the best CnC I can.
Whew. Here it goes.
Lets start from the top down. I would remove the scanlines. The border on the top is also tool large IMO. The font on the top bar is also too large. Secondly, the colors on the whole entire piece are bad. It's generally not a good idea to use a cyan(ish) with a darker blue, it just generally doesn't work out that well. The neutral gray bg isn't doing it for me. It can work, but I generally like a lighter gray or a very dark gray. Ok, now for the logo. Firstly, the logo looks really bad right now due to the pixelation. I've found this can often happen when you make a shape then decide to change the color by alpha to selectioning and filling it in with the fill tool. I really don't like your font choice on Guppies, and I don't care for the spacing much either. The gloss on the logo is missing something. It just needs...more. Also ditch the scanlines on the logo and consider adding gloss on it and killing the gloss on the text then making it look as if the text is "in" the gloss, if you know what I mean. Now, for the navigation. I really don't like this part. I'm super sorry if it sounds like I'm being harsh, and I suppose I am, but I'm just trying to help you improve. ;)
The nav is a decent idea, but I think the flat style of the navigation contrasts with the rest of the print. I think that gray color may be OK, but you should try to experiment with gradients. A cool effect would be to make it a tube, then have it go through the logo and maybe have the logo wrap around a little bit. Again, I don't like your font choice on the nav either :/
Now, for your h2. IMO your h2 actually shows the most promise out of your entire print. Why? Because it's beginning to achieve some depth. If you are going to make a metal border ditch the black outline, or at least make it smaller and slightly lighter so it kind of blends. Again, get rid of the scanlines and that color scheme. Now, for your forum titles. They should be moved over so as to make room for a marker. IMO your link should stand out way more than your description, as of now you have them the exact same size, which isn't good.
There is a lot of room for improvement on this print.
Keep in mind, while I may have rather harsh, this print isn't allbad for a newcomer to a style. Keep at it and I'm sure you'll be making killer prints in no time.

Winter is coming.
I'm not quite sure what GKH said but I'll just quickly say what I think.

The scanlines are too strong, the corners are choppy, the stroke on the H2 should match the actual H2.
