Do you work out? How often? What does your work out consist of? Where do you work out? |

Yeah I do workout. About 4-5 times a week. I do a mix of things, basketball I suppose could count but it is consider an exercise, I lift weights, sit ups, push ups, pull ups, chin ups, stretches, and many other things. I have a gym membership so that really helps me out. |

My workout used to consist of loading up the canoe with my ice chest and beach umbrella and making a 4 hour trip last all day... then I moved and there isn't anywhere close enough to hit the water every weekend

Morning when I wake up: - 50 Push ups every ten minutes! Until I hit 200 - 50 Sit Ups every 10 minutes, until 200! Same routine during afternoon and night. 600 Daily! |

24/7 baby. Nah jk, as a girl, I don't work out. I used to have volleyball practice and stuff. I had a period that I went to the gym once a week but meh, got lazy and stopped going. |

Run 2-4 miles, depending on weather condition and how I feel. I also play on my school's basketball team, and some soccer at home (if I have time). Also, I lift weights (15 lbs since I'm only 105 lbs). AND, before school started, I went bike riding everyday. |

I run about 3 miles a day, every monday I would run 80 to 90 40 yard sprints in football practice. I lift every other day, I do power clean, squats, bench, incline, the Spartacus Workout, and a plate workout. |

I'm a workout freak. I run four (sometimes five or six, depending on the weather) laps around my neighborhood, do about 25 pullups, 40 pushups, currently doing weights as well, about 80 crunches (they're so much better than situps). I also go to an LA Fitness nearby. I used to play Quarterback for my school's Varsity Team, but didn't really like it all that much and moved to Varsity Soccer. So, I get my exercise all around. |

It's a lot but it pays off. I don't care for the looks of the body even though I have a six pack I stay in shape to prevent health problems. I want to remain healthy and in shape just to be safe.
