If i may put some words of "wisdom" to those who wish to apply:

Unless you can be fully committed, do not apply. The job is much harder then you can even imagine. I have been discouraged trying to learn the graphics side of it, and have felt like walking out of my intern position. But i realize that this is for a bigger goal. Internship here is much more then just a different name color and posting alot. Its true work and training.

EDIT: It is also very fun at times. The work is hard, but it is fun and relaxed.

Good luck :D

Kinda sucks I can't design or code. Though I can moderate very well in my personal opinion as I've had 3 years of experience. :P

eh :/

I wish I could contribute more like designs and such. It feels like I don't really contribute. :(

Goodluck to future Interns of Outline. :sarcastic:

Necromancer, i think this is what the intern program is all about in all honesty. You don't have to be great, it should teach you how to become a better, more efficient designer. I wish everyone the best of luck and hopefully people benefit from this great opportunity! :D

What do you mean? From my understanding you have to have some level of understanding with coding or designing. Do you not?

Read the first post. You have to be willing to try and be willing to learn, but you don't have to be perfect by no means. The whole process of being an Intern is about learning and improving yourself. The least you could do is apply, and if they don't accept you, they don't accept you. Even if you become an intern and don't make it to staff, you've at least gotten some valuable knowledge in the meantime and can still use that to improve for the future.

Let it go, let it go, can't hold it back anymore!

If you get intern, you don't necessarily need to know how to code or design, but you need to show a lot of effort and self-control to help us teach you. Goals are given, advice is given, and if you really want to learn, it's possible. :)

Okay, I understand, I thought you had to have knowledge to be accepted. As GAK said you have to be willing to give your best effort towards the goal given. This makes it more understanding. Thanks GAK and Nick, I was just curious. :P

You have to go through the intern process again even though you were staff before? :o
