Google publishes facial recognition patent, could use social network photos

That's gotta be illegal. xD
If you publish your photos, it can't be - it's your choice. It is quite worrying though. I try to keep any images of myself I post online private (only Facebook friends can see my photos, for example). Still, I'm sure there are some out there... It's kinda worrying.
