That's a really good first print :) I think you should use the same shades of blue for the top bar as with the h2, if that made any sense to you.

Looks good, but the submenu, I am presuming that is what that long bar over top of the white, should be a bit shorter

Oshawott!!!! (Yes, I use Japanese names).

The top menu is the best part in my opinion. The background also repeats nicely. Work making the h2 less flat.

Instead of a Pokeball I'd use a Net Ball. ;)

Net Balls suck. Use 999 Master Balls. XD

Awesome job for a first :) Try adding moe gloss like others have said. Just create a white strip across it from the top to the middle of the object (h2 & top). Fill it with white and set to overlay. Maybe try some dark faded black spots coming in from the sides? Also, what program are you using?

Doing what I said, and if you double click the layer, you can add the gradients, satin, inner glow and shadow. Just most of all experiment :)

Thanks Cody! ^_^

I have a question though. In this tutorial: http://outlineforum.com/topic/3765443/1/?x=90#new , at step 4, I'm not sure how you can make a straight line using the pencil tool. How do you do this?

What I usually do is use the Single Marquee tool then use a brush to fill it in. Haha dunno if that's how you're supposed to do it but that's how I do it. I don't use the Pencil tool xD

Very nice print, Oracle. I love the background. Though you may want to try some gradient on that top_menu. :D
