Had various surgical procedures done when I was an infant.

I've had four surgeries on my arms, with a fifth one yet to come. Told this story on here multiple times, but when I was 12 I broke the Ulna and Radius in both my left and right arms at the same time. Had to have surgery on them (pins inserted). Then I re-broke the Ulna and Radius of my left arm later that year, had to have surgery again (plates & Screws inserted). Then later down the road had another surgery to have them removed. Then in 2008 I re-broke the Ulna of my left arm again, and had to have another surgery on it (metal rod inserted into the bone). Now I just need to get the surgery to get the rod removed.

Only surgery I've had was getting my gallbladder taken out.

I feel quite lucky - never had any surgery at all. :)

I don't really know. lol.
Now there you have a good question to ask your parents GAK ^.^

It is Phoenix, but since you're knocked out with anesthesia you have no recollection of it, lolz.
Imagine the ol' times where the doctors would just use a saw to remove a limb.

Ouch time.

It is likely, but the money factor comes in, are you covered by insurance, is it a necessary procedure?

I have insurance :P

Well, you made it sound like I am going to hurt myself badly sometime soon. Either way, surgery will be needed.

lol. and remember that the surgical field advances with new diseases or cures, so if surgery for one condition is not available now, it might be in the future.

Two of my baby teeth did not come out naturally, so they were removed and then they put a chain on the adult teeth and attached the chain to my braces and it slowly pulled the teeth down to where they are supposed to be. That was a couple years ago, though.

I had to have tubes put in my ears when I was younger. That's the only surgery I've ever had.
I had that too and I think it had to do something with the pressure in your ear...

I can't recall having any surgical procedures done on me. I fractured my wrist, but I just got a splint for that. Had to go in for a few x-rays and test, but nothing surgical (aside from drawing blood).
