the first some may have seen entered for the outline logo competition thingy but i'll post it anyway Spoiler: click to toggle secondly i'm converting a room bit by bit in our house into a sort of design studio... i want to put some things on the walls. i was going to design an A2 poster to have behind my desktop and others around the room, so this is one attempt i'm not happy enough to put it on the wall, but i'll get it printed anyhow so it's not a pointless project -_-' credits: depthcore for these 3D renders. i cut lots of them up into interesting shapes i could see in them but ended up only using a few of those. -_-' resurgere for the tree :3 Spoiler: click to toggle

Recognized those c4ds without even clicking the link haha I know the dude who made those c4ds ![]() As for the first LP, it's not bad. The composition could use some work and it's kinda flat looking, needs better depth. Looks more like a poster really, especially with that "Outline" text in there. The background is really grainy too and looks oversharpened. 2nd LP: I like the rustic background look with the grain and scratches but the focal seems kinda stacked. Blending needs work too, the pieces don't really fit together. Like the tree, the orbs and Finn's renders don't really fit well together imo. The orbs stand out the most though. The lighting on the orbs is off and the colours clash more than they compliment. Nice work though. |

Wow they both are stunning. You need to make a tutorial for these. I like the grainy bg in the second one and how the green orbs stand out the most, very nice.
