Light that never goes out.
The effects are actually more sharper than the stock itself and it makes the effects more of a focal point than the stock.

Agree with Tom, and nice work in the flow as Ripple is used there.

I agree with Sir Thomas on the sharpness of the effects ruining the focal point.

I'm in love with a lot of things you did with the second one. The colors, render placement, and perspective effect are all really cool. But then there's a black hole lol. I'm not sure if this was part of the render that you tried to work with or something, but it looks sort of out of place. I think if possible, it would be really cool to replace this with some lighter colors (more of that red and blue you got splattered around, perhaps?). I think it could also use some toning down, because atm it's really distracting and takes away a lot of attention from the render, which should be the focal point.

Another thing I noticed is the little logo you have down there in the bottom right corner. The colors or that part of the sig look a lot nicer than the unsaturated whitish color you've got going on atm. Whatever you did down there, I'd like to see other places. Brighten things up!

Overall, I like them both. The energy ball effect in the first is sweet, and you already know what I like in the second. Keep it up yo. (y)

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. :p And yeah the black hole is like an arc of energy that goes from his hand, and trails behind his body.

edit: I re-read what you suggested about the black part on the second sig, I'll definitely try re-making that part with different colors.
