We used one when my family went to Chicago and it was terrrible.

The main issue we had with the one we took in Chicago was the guy took the worst route possible in order to charge us more. It took something like forty or fifty minutes for him to take us to the place we were staying, so the fare was pretty big. Not the best first impression.

Because the road conditions were horrible because of ice/snow, we stood still most of the time so instead of 30€, I had to pay 20€

The biggest being at in order to reach work by 4:30, I'll be forced to leave classes early to make the 3:15 bus because the 3:50 bus gets me home too late. That could be a problem if I'm scheduled heavily during the week (like I was this week) and I may have to change my availability to 5:00. However, the bus isn't as bad as I feared it would be. I'm still seriously uncomfortable there but my bus driver is really pleasant and helpful and I listen to my iPod the whole ride so that no one talks to me.
