I've looked into the Android SDK but honestly it's a bit too much for me to look into as I've still got my other projects to work on. So, if you know anyone who develops Android apps and would be willing to help create one on the base of payment from profits, please let me know.

I've sent them an email as well as posting a similar thread on the professional marketing and development forums I've freelanced on. That mixed with contacting a few app developers via their websites, I'm hoping one of these methods will lead to workable arrangement.
